My name is Sarah, and I am an Intuitive Transformation Coach and Soul Work Catalyst who helps women create Soul-centered and conscious lifestyle habits from the inside out. 

The Habit Lab is a 12-week step-by-step program to help you "unstuck" yourself so you can manifest the health, life or business you truly LOVE. Identify Core Desire & Begin Mindfulness Morning This first week you'll be setting up your Mindfulness Morning practice with sacred journaling (Wellness Pages), getting clear on your core desire and laying the foundtion for the deep inner work to follow.


Meditation Part 1: Focused Meditation 

What you focus on expands. This is manifesting 101. You'll be accessing a guided meditation and adding a focused meditation to your Mindfulness Morning routine while following journaling prompts for deep self-reflection. 


Cultivate Your Inspired "Soul-Centered" Habit

In this module you'll pick one heart and soul-centered habit to cultivate based on 8 defining principles and the essence of your core desire from Module 1. This process amplfies your momentum because it is not an ego-fueled goal that comes from external influences.


Meditation Part 2: Mindfulness Meditation

This week you'll switch from a focused meditation to a mindfulness meditation to expand awareness of "The Observer" or "Silent Witness" within. Guided meditation included.


Power of Intention & Mantra

You'll work with the power of clear and highest intention to set poweful spiritual laws into motion and develop a daily mantra as an anchor to help boost present moment consciousness outside of your Mindfulness Morning routine.


Shine a Light on Fear & Ego

You'll embark on a deeper dive into the inner work necessary to get out of your own way and eliminate blocks by beginning to break habitual patterns that don't serve you and recognize forms of self-sabotage you currently engage in.


Identify & Re-Frame Limited Beliefs

Start to understand your "story", where your limited beliefs come from and how they falsely "protect" you so you can re-frame them. Access theta brain wave state to plant new intentions on a subscious level via a special Yoga Nidra audio class.


Embrace Your Shadow Side

Deep inner work and self-reflection continue as you explore your shadow side and how it can serve your highest good and avoid being it's victim . A "golden nugget" of personal growth and transformation!


Let Go & Grow

You'll release resentment and unforgiveness for yourself and others. This is a gateway to higher vibrational living and foundation for higher consciousness. Special guided meditation included based on the teachings of Louise Hay, plus you'll perform an ancient sacred fire releasement ceremony. 


Raise Your Vibration 

You'll be raising your vibration by integrating two of the most powerful transformational techniques that are available to you at all times. You've spent weeks laying the foundation of a conscious and present-moment, self-reflective life and this week you'll be putting it to use to access higher healing states of consciousness. 


Connect with Intuition & Higher Guidance

Invoke divine assistance with the powerful intention to connect with the highest guidance available to you and connect with your Higher Self while putting powerful spiritual laws into motion. 


Take “In-Spirit” Sacred Action.

A sacred action will reveal itself to you! For the past 11 weeks you've gotten clear on your desires, built a foundation of present moment conciscousness, overcome self-sabotaging blocks and limited beliefs, connected with higher guidance and now it's time to take sacred steps through fear towards your larger desires.
