3 Pillars of Success You Should Never Sacrifice. Ever.
In today’s Wellness Wednesday video, I share with you the 3 non-negotiables that are the framework for which all my coaching and courses are based.
This is the ONLY framework you’ll need to live an inspired and successful life, on purpose.
I know that’s a BOLD claim. But it’s 100% true! Once you adopt this framework, the rest takes care of itself.
We tend to think the formula for success has to be difficult or hard to figure out. And it’s not. It’s actually quite simple.
Don’t get me wrong..it takes energy on your part, and commitment. But at the end of the day it’s quite simple…and boils down to a few foundation principles.
And I’m excited to share these with you!
For years I struggled in all areas of my life.
I was overworked and underpaid, unhealthy, unhappy, and in relationships that sucked. Broke, angry and depleted. I was a work-horse.
Don’t me get wrong I still rise and grind- I’m equal parts heart and hustle!
…but the difference is now I’m fueled by inspiration and passion, now worry and anxiety.
Enthusiasm is what pumps through my veins when I get up.
And thoughts of gratitude are the final thoughts before my head hits the pillow.
This transformation did NOT happen by accident.
And if you’re looking for a path to join me, you’re in luck…
…because I’m here to shine a light for you.
I wish I had a light shined for me when I was struggling or looking for answers…
…when you feel like you have one roadblock after another.
There was only one way out of the cluster f*ck that was my life…and it was the road inward.
So, what are your current non-negotiables?
For me, it’s my overall wellness first and foremost (along with everything I share in today’s video).
The beauty of this 3 non-negotiable framework is it can be applied to EVERY area of your life.
Apply these for one week and you will experience increased clarity, insight, inspiration, higher connection, peace of mind, motivation, inner strength, and passion.
