6 Healthy Morning Habits for Spring
In today’s Wellness Wednesday video I share my personal morning routine that helps me flush my system of toxins, stimulate healthy digestion, and maintain glowing healthy skin.
Anyone that knows me well can attest that I’m a total healthy habit JUNKIE! And while I do indulge in a few guilty pleasures from time-to-time (mainly dark organic chocolate, swiss water processed organic decaf lattes, and an occasional glass of red wine), I’m a FIRM believer that it’s what I do 90% of the time that really counts.
You are the outcome of what you think, feel, perceive and do habitually, plain and simple. So creating healthy routines and habits is crucial to your long-term health and wellness goals.
As we move into Spring, a time of renewal and regeneration, our bodies sense the shift in seasons and will begin to shift within as well, with an instinctual urge to purify and create healthy space.
