You are vibrating at a frequency, and mindfulness is a technique that allows you to raise that frequency when you are able to shift your focus consciously to higher vibratory thoughts, emotions, and actions in your day-to-day life.

In today’s video, I also share two more mindfulness techniques you can implement in your daily life WITHOUT having to sit and meditate, so you can make a more mindful and conscious way of living your new habit of being!
