Welcome back to Wellness Wednesday!

Modern science and neuro-biology are just starting to understand how our perceptions, emotions, and thought patterns effect us on a physical, mental, and energetic level. Studies have now shown time and time again how people can heal themselves through thought alone. Consider the placebo effect, which is effective despite only a sugar pill, saline shot or sham surgery has been administered. Or consider the thousands of spontaneous healings documented and left unexplained as modern medical mysteries. As a modernized society we are just starting to tap into the divine healing intelligence and energy that comprises every cell of our being, including our thoughts.
