In today’s Wellness Wednesday video I share 3 simple techniques to help you re-write your story and take your power back to start manifesting what you truly want  in life.

Do you find yourself making excuses or justifying why you can’t experience something you truly desire? Whether you dare to dream or fear your desires are too big, you could be getting in your own way of them manifesting!

William Shakespeare once said, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players”. We’re all actors in our own play and the “story” that we tell ourselves is the script. Everything in your current reality is a result of your old story based on previous habits, belief patterns and choices. Your story can change at anytime, but it takes discipline to make the shift. As creatures of habit we tend to tell the familiar old stories even though they no longer serve us, thus sabotaging our own efforts to manifest our anything out of our “familiar comfort zone”. Basically, we get in our own way by focusing on the old. In order to manifest what you truly want in life you have to be able to shift your focus towards creating your NEW story.
