Meditation is a valuable tool that helps us train our mind to stay focused in the present moment, raise our vibration, and reduce stress and anxiety naturally. In this video I address some common frustrations and obstacles I hear from beginners just starting out with meditation. The video shares my personal approach to meditation including some valuable tips to help maximize effectiveness, including proper postural alignment and a nifty visualization technique to help quite mind chatter!
