Allergy-free baked yumminess free of Gluten, Grain, Egg, Yeast, Soy & Dairy
Quick, simple and gorgeous! I’m not sure whether to cook these or just photograph them…but they are as yummy as they are pretty!
6 tbsp organic coconut flour
4 tbsp organic coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp organic vanilla extract
2 pinches of pink Himalayan sea salt
2-3 tbsp wild, naturally grown or organic blueberries
2 tbsp organic applesauce
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl mix until well blended. Mold with hands into teaspoon size balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet or spoon them into muffins cups. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges start to become golden brown. Let them cool and then since coconut flour tends to be dry and flaky I like to keep them in the fridge so they stay firmer.
